We hold 81 licences from the Belgian Gaming Commission (Kansspelcommissie)’s public register (BE), held by 76 operators. 81 are active — the only status that means licensed now.
We last read the register successfully on 2026-10-29 05:20 UTC, within our 24-hour freshness target.
A licence on the Gaming Commission’s list of active A+, B+ or F1+ licences is shown as active, and that list is the source we cite for it — including a licence the list still carries past its expiration date, which we show with that date rather than calling it expired. A licence that leaves the list is shown as not in register. Revoked, suspended and surrendered are never shown for Belgium: the Commission says it can warn, suspend or withdraw a licence, but publishes no list of those decisions.

As the register names them. A licence can carry more than one type, so these can add up to more than 81.
No status change recorded here since our first read on 2026-10-16.
Live domains are those currently linked to the operator, not de-listed. The dot is the operator’s Belgium licence status: a live domain under a licence that is not active is not a licensed brand.
Nothing we recorded here has been withdrawn as wrong. When something is, it stays in its licence’s history, struck through, with why — see the corrections log.
