## Where a revocation or suspension comes from

A licence on the Gaming Commission’s list of active A+, B+ or F1+ licences is shown as active, and that list is the source we cite for it — including a licence the list still carries past its expiration date, which we show with that date rather than calling it expired. A licence that leaves the list is shown as not in register. Revoked, suspended and surrendered are never shown for Belgium: the Commission says it can warn, suspend or withdraw a licence, but publishes no list of those decisions.

Live domains are those currently linked to the operator, not de-listed. The dot is the operator’s Belgium licence status: a live domain under a licence that is not active is not a licensed brand.

## What this register does not tell us

- We load the three online licence classes only: A+ (online casino games), B+ (online arcade games) and F1+ (online betting), each the online extension of a land licence. Land-based licences (A, B, C, F2) and the Loterie Nationale are not in our data. Not finding a Belgian site here is not a finding that it is unlicensed.
- The register publishes no licence numbers. The reference on our licence pages (BE/APLUS/…, BE/BPLUS/…, BE/F1PLUS/…, the API’s license_number) is built from the Commission’s dossier id so the record has an identifier; no regulator issued it as a licence number.
- Each licence row names its sites; we link each host to that operator. A site the Commission lists for two operators (one brand’s separate arcades) is linked to both.

## Corrections and the API

Nothing we recorded here has been withdrawn as wrong. When something is, it stays in its licence’s history, struck through, with why — see the [corrections log](https://app.igregulator.io/corrections).

Check a domain against every register we read with `GET /v1/check?domain=…` — free, no key, 10 requests an hour. This register’s freshness is in [/v1/health/coverage](https://api.igregulator.io/v1/health/coverage). All regulators: [jurisdictions](https://app.igregulator.io/jurisdictions).
