Revocations come from the CGA’s Enforcement Register, read on every run, and from the status column of the OGL register itself. “Revoked … at the request of the operator” is the operator giving the licence up, so it is shown as surrendered. An active licence the register marks “Assessment in progress” is provisional: in force until the CGA decides.
