## Where a revocation or suspension comes from

Ontario publishes nothing we can read a revocation, suspension or exit from. An operator in iGaming Ontario’s directory can only be shown as active or not in register: when one leaves the directory, that absence is all we know, and it is never shown as a revocation.

Live domains are those currently linked to the operator, not de-listed. The dot is the operator’s Ontario licence status: a live domain under a licence that is not active is not a licensed brand.

## What this register does not tell us

- What we read is iGaming Ontario’s operator directory. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is the regulator that registers operators; iGaming Ontario contracts with them and publishes the only public list — the AGCO’s own list page points at it.
- The directory publishes no registration or licence number. The reference on our pages (ON/IGO/…, the API’s license_number) is built from the directory’s own id for the operator so the record has an identifier; no regulator issued it.
- The directory gives no dates and no licence type.
- The directory states an “accurate as of” date of its own and is served through a long cache, so it can trail the market. The date we show is when we read it.

## Corrections and the API

Nothing we recorded here has been withdrawn as wrong. When something is, it stays in its licence’s history, struck through, with why — see the [corrections log](https://app.igregulator.io/corrections).

Check a domain against every register we read with `GET /v1/check?domain=…` — free, no key, 10 requests an hour. This register’s freshness is in [/v1/health/coverage](https://api.igregulator.io/v1/health/coverage). All regulators: [jurisdictions](https://app.igregulator.io/jurisdictions).
