A licence whose last entry is a court’s ruling on the agency’s decision is shown as unknown while the case stands. A licence that leaves the register is shown as not in register.

## What this register does not tell us

- We load PlayCity’s three online licence types — online casino, online poker and bookmaking. Land casinos, slot halls, per-machine and per-table licences, bookmaker shops and the state lotteries are not in our data. Not finding a Ukrainian site here is not a finding that it is unlicensed.
- The register publishes no licence numbers: a licence is known by its issuing decision. The reference on our licence pages (for example UA/CASINO/43635954/2026-01-14/11-R) is one we made from that decision; no regulator issued it.
- The register is in Ukrainian. Licence types, company names (in Latin letters, by the official transliteration, legal form in English) and status wording are shown in English; the register’s own text is kept with each record.
- The register names each licensee’s websites and apps; we link every website host to that licensee.
