When we find that something we published about a licence was wrong, we correct it by marking it, never by deleting it. The wrong event stays in the licence’s history, struck through, with the date we withdrew it and why; where we then knew the right status, a new event says so and cites where it was read. This page lists every withdrawn event — 394 on 227 licences so far — and every correction pass that wrote to licence history.
A licence is shown as revoked, suspended or surrendered only because a regulator published that and we read it: a licence that leaves a register is shown as no longer listed, not as revoked. A pass is a reviewed correction of our own data. Each row it wrote is a normal event in the licence’s history, labelled as a correction and saying what it replaced.
